As an ex-teacher I was shocked and saddened to learn of horrific fire which tore through Ravensdale Infant School in Mickleover, Derby in the early hours of Monday 5th October. It has caused catasthrophic damage to the building resulting the temporary closure of the school. This comes so soon after the recent Covid-19 lockdown. The fire was started deliberately. 
 
As well as the damage to then building - the school has lost valuable resources including computers, reading books and learning equipment. 
 
The deputy head of the school was one of my student teachers  and I want to help. All money raised through this source will be added to my own donation and presented to the school at the end of October 2020. Please purcahse as many £1.00 donations as you wish.
